2. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
Share, distribute, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Templates or make them accessible to any third party.
Use the Templates for more than one business without purchasing an additional license.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying formulas or source structure.
Modify or create derivative works of the Templates for distribution.
3. Intellectual Property
The Templates are the intellectual property of Excel Bookkeeping and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Excel Bookkeeping.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Templates and delete all copies.

In no event shall Excel Bookkeeping be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Templates, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Templates are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Excel Bookkeeping disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
