Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Excel Bookkeeping sells downloadable Microsoft Excel bookkeeping templates.

Our standard workbook is available for a one-time purchase price of $19.99 USD.

Because our products are digital and can be downloaded, copied, and retained after purchase, all sales are generally final and nonrefundable.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided for:

• Change of mind after purchasing.
• Failure to review the product description.
• Purchasing without the required software.
• Deciding not to use the workbook.
• Difficulty learning how to use the workbook.
• Expecting personalized technical support or bookkeeping assistance.

These restrictions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment, customers receive a download link through the email address provided during checkout.

Customers should ensure their email address is correct and check spam or junk folders.

If a customer does not receive their purchased download, they may contact Support@excel-bookkeeping.com for delivery-related assistance.

3. Defective or Corrupted Files

If a delivered file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or contains a verified technical defect, customers may contact us with their order details and a description of the issue.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide a replacement file or working download link.

If a replacement is unavailable, unsuccessful, or legally insufficient, customers retain any remedies required by applicable law.

4. Software Compatibility

Our workbook requires Microsoft 365 or Excel 2024 desktop on a compatible Windows or Mac computer.

The workbook uses modern Excel functions, including LAMBDA, MAP, VSTACK, and LET.

Excel 2019 and earlier versions are not supported.

Google Sheets, Excel for the web, and mobile spreadsheet applications are not guaranteed to function correctly.

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility requirements before purchase.

Compatibility-related requests may be reviewed individually. A refund is not automatically available solely because a customer lacks the required software, subject to applicable law and the accuracy of pre-purchase disclosures.

5. Self-Service Product

Excel Bookkeeping is a self-service digital product.

Purchases do not include:

• Personalized technical troubleshooting.
• Individual bookkeeping assistance.
• Workbook customization.
• One-on-one training.
• Guaranteed ongoing support.

Customers may use available online tutorials, educational materials, Microsoft Excel documentation, and independent troubleshooting resources.

Difficulty using the workbook does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund, subject to applicable law.

6. Duplicate Purchases and Billing Errors

Customers who believe they purchased the same product more than once or were charged incorrectly may contact us for review.

Verified duplicate charges and billing errors will be evaluated individually and corrected where appropriate or legally required.

7. International Consumer Rights

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have mandatory rights relating to digital products, including remedies for defective or nonconforming digital content.

Where legally permitted, a consumer's statutory withdrawal right may end when digital delivery begins, provided the required express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

If those requirements have not been satisfied, statutory withdrawal rights may remain available.

Nothing in this Refund Policy overrides mandatory consumer rights.

8. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Support@excel-bookkeeping.com before opening a payment dispute so delivery problems, billing errors, or other concerns can be reviewed.

This request does not restrict customers' rights to dispute charges with their financial institution or payment provider.
